A GREAT DAY in the LIFE of a PRINCIPAL

I enjoy the many challenges of my job and the variety of the work.  I get to meet with teachers and parents, plan professional development, monitor our school improvement plan and the data on student achievement, hire our staff, comply with state and federal regulations, enforce disciplinary procedures and so much more.  Each day I attempt to cultivate a positive school community and one way I do this is to simply be present throughout our school.  My greatest joy is being with the children.  The photographs that follow (taken with my blackberry) are a glimpse into a great day in the lives of your children.  ~Tim Stanley
