Occasionally during the school year, it may be necessary, due to inclement weather or other emergency closing circumstances, to close schools for the entire day, to open schools late, or to close schools early. Please see the FCPS inclement weather plan for an outline of the procedures used in such cases. Keep this information in a convenient location for future reference.
