The Reading Course
is designed to provide direct instruction in reading comprehension and
vocabulary, and to support the attainment of the foundational skills and
knowledge necessary to be successful in seventh grade English.
Placement decisions for this course rest with the principal, after a
comprehensive review of students' test and assessment data and cumulative
record.
