7th Grade Mathematics
Full Year Required
Students examine algebra- and geometry-preparatory concepts and skills and strategies for collecting and analyzing data. Problem solving, communication, and making connections among mathematical ideas are emphasized in a hands-on learning environment. The use of calculators and computers is integrated with instruction.

Mathematics 7 Honors is a challenging mathematics program for students who enjoy non-routine problem solving and rigorous mathematical explorations. Mathematics 7 Honors stretches students' reasoning skills as they explore advanced topics related to the mathematics explored in middle schools. Mathematics 7 Honors reinforces, extends and enriches Mathematics 7 topic at an advanced level foreshadowing their applications in future mathematical studies.
Math Tutorial
Math Tutorial is a student-centered assistance class that mirrors the mathematics curriculum, and is designed to provide additional small-group instruction in a hands-on learning environment.
