Community Use of Facilities
The Fairfax County School Board encourages the use of school buildings and grounds by the community for educational, recreational, civic, and cultural activities to the fullest extent possible under the law. The Board believes that school facilities are an important resource in developing and sustaining lifelong learning, in promoting intergovernmental cooperation, and in encouraging citizen participation in community activities.
ADM-20 application forms (Building Use Forms) are available in the administrative offices of all schools. You can also click on the hyperlink below and the completed form can be emailed as an attachment to the Community Use Coordinator. If you know in advance the school facility that you would like to reserve, please print the application (ADM-20) and submit it to your school of choice. A $10.00 application fee will also be required.

**Any school sponsored event will take priority over community use and the user will be notified of the cancellation a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
GYM or Athletic Field Use
If you are
looking to reserve
a gym or an athletic field in Fairfax County, please fill out a Facility Use
Application and submit it to the Athletic Services Division of Fairfax County Parks
and Recreation.
