- 2 large baking potatoes
- 4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Teaspoons Taco Seasoning mix.
- Scrub potatoes. Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Then cut
each in half into 4 lengthwise wedges. You will get 8 wedges from each
potato.
- Microwave the butter on HIGH in a small glass mixing bowl, uncovered, for
45 to 60 seconds or until butter is melted
- Mix cheese and seasoning into the butter. Coat the potato wedges by
pouring the butter mixture over the potatoes in the glass baking
dish. Use a rubber spatula and a spoon to toss the potatoes and
butter until evenly coated.
- Cover the potatoes and casserole with plastic wrap. Make certain
that the plastic wrap sticks to the sides of the baking dish. VENT ONE
CORNER.
- Microwave on HIGH for 12 to 14 minuets or until the potatoes are tender,
rotating the dish once.
- Allow on minute standing time, IT IS VERRRY HOT,
then carefully remove the wrap to avoid getting burned by the steam. Enjoy
