 Is the site biased or opinionated? 
Does it have lots of ads?

Currency

When was the site last updated or revised?

Coverage

 How in-depth is the information? 
Is the information what you are looking for?

Finally: Verify any information you get off the web through your other research sources.  And don’t forget to document your source by accurately noting the complete web address.
