Welcome to the Fox Mill Community. If you are planning on registering your child at Fox Mill Elementary you will need to bring the following documentation with you:
- Original birth certificate of your child
- A copy of your residence lease or deed
- Documentation of previous educational program (latest report card)
- Physical examination and immunization records
