| FCPS Online Databases (databases searchable by grade level and subject) |
The FCPS Online Databases are student-friendly sites that are great for research projects or to explore just for fun! You’ll need passwords to access the databases from home. This information is available to all FMES students, parents, and teachers on Library Blackboard 24-7 and in the library. |

| Student library visits: | Students in grades K-5 visit the library once a week for a lesson and checkout. Students in sixth grade visit the library once a week for checkout and for additional instruction and research as scheduled by the classroom teacher. Students may also visit the library at any time with the permission of their classroom teacher. Kindergartners may check out one book at a time, first and second graders may check out two books at a time, third graders may check out three books, and so on. Students may return, renew, and exchange books as needed. |
