Tip of the Week
Can't Open Some Files?

Our web site uses the Adobe Acrobat PDF file standard for providing documents to our visitors. Using this format ensures that everyone can open and view any file we provide on the site.

Whenever you see the Adobe PDF file icon,, this tells you that the link will open an Acrobat file. If the file is large, either over 10 pages or larger than 150k, we will also indicate this to alert those with slower connections.

If you are having trouble opening these files, you may need to download and install the free Acrobat Reader. Your browser will then automatically open the Reader and display the file for you each time you open a PDF file.

This icon should also be provided on any page on the site which contains an Acrobat file. It will be found in either the left hand column or at the bottom of the page.
