This award can be given to: a Forestville staff member, parent, or student who has had a positive impact on our entire school. This person makes a difference and goes above and beyond our daily citizenship responsibilities to enrich the lives of everyone at Forestville! DINING FOR FORESTVILLE IN MAY The last DINING FOR FORESTVILLE fundraiser for the school year will be Wednesday, May 23 at Pizzarama from 5pm-9pm. Pizzarama is located in the Seneca Square Shopping Center. This fundraiser is for CARRYOUT orders only and Pizzarama will donate a portion of sales back to Forestville. Forestville Elementary School was one of five area schools selected to participate in the Northern Virginia Art Festival on May 19 and 20 at Reston Town Center. They decorating a golf cart to be used at the entrance of the Northern Virginia Art Festival, recognized as one of the nation's top art festivals.
Forestville Group Wins 2nd place in State Odyssey of the Mind Forestville's Odyssey Of The Mind group lead by Mr. LeLoup placed 2nd in State Competition and have qualified to attend the National competition in Iowa! Parent View in FCPS 24-7 (Blackboard) Parents now have the opportunity to create an FCPS 24-7 Learning account of their own. The parent’s access into FCPS 24-7 Learning is called Parent View. The Parent View account gives parents the opportunity to view all of their childrens’ homework and other assignments online. Parent accounts will also give parents access to other important features like weCare@schools. weCare@schools is the online system that allows parents to submit emergency care information for their children online.
