Welcome to the Forestdale Elementary School website. We are a school with an enrollment of approximately 525 students. There are over 30 languages spoken at Forestdale ES but our primary language is spoken with a smile and open arms. We are family here and that is why Forestdale is the best little kept secret in Fairfax County Public Schools. Here we believe in our children and their ability to reach and exceed academic excellence. Our faculty and support staff provide outstanding instruction to meet the needs of all students. Our doors are always open to families and community members. We embrace our diversity and accept the challenge of building strong minds, strong character and developing strong sense of community.
