PAT Overview
Falls Church High School has the benefit of a Parent Assistance Team (PAT). Essentially, the PAT works on a voluntary basis to improve the overall climate of the school so that students, staff, and teachers are better able to achieve success.
The PAT works closely with the school administrative team to develop action plans for solving school problems as well as assisting the the students and staff in promoting successes the school is achieving as a whole.
Some initiatives of the PAT include: improving school grounds, providing more methods of displaying/rewarding student and staff achievements, and renovating the school website.
Mission
The mission of the Falls Church High School Parent Assistance Team (PAT) is to provide students and staff with specific solutions to identified school-climate related issues in order to promote as well as support student achievement.
Vision
The mission of the Falls Church High School Parent Assistance Team (PAT) is that all students and staff will have their school climate issues identified and resolved in order to ensure an atmosphere conducive to increasing student student achievement.
