Program Overview
Falls Church High School teachers, staff, and students have access to a highly specialized instructional assistant staff that is capable of managing most building-wide instructional support tasks.
The instructional assistants staff at Falls Church High School is comprised of several individuals who work to keep students learning! Overall, these individuals perform a variety of paraprofessional curriculum, instructional, clerical, and support tasks to support teachers and other professional staff in a general or special education classroom or learning environment. Instructional Assistants assist with the daily management of the students and classroom; and perform related duties as required or assigned.
Mission
The mission of the Falls Church High School instructional assistant staff is to perform a variety of paraprofessional curriculum, instructional, clerical, and support tasks to support teachers and other professional staff in a general or special education classroom or learning environment.
Vision
It is the vision of the Falls Church High School instructional assistant staff to provide teachers, staff, and students with the instructional assistance necessary in order to directly increase student achievement.
