Since the academic, cultural, ethnic, gender, linguistic, racial, and socio-economic needs of each student is different, the professional school sounselors seek to ensure each student has access to a rigorous, supportive learning environment which promotes maximum personal, social and academic acheivement. We use data to indetify achievement gaps and to develop or expand upon existing, appropriate interventions. Ultimately, our school counseling program puts a human face to our mission and empowers all students to acquire the knowledge and marketable skills needed to dimonstrate responsible leadership and positively contribute to society.
Vision

The Vision of the School Counseling Department continues to be that all students will be recognized for their individual potential and given the opportunity to achieve at their highest level which will allow them to become productive citizens.
