Clinic Information

Basic Regulations:

1. Prescribed medications must be dispensed by the nurse.

2. Unless physically unable, students must have a signed planner from their classroom teacher prior to admission to the Clinic.

3. Students who feel ill during the school day may not excuse themselves from school.

4. The clinic staff must make the determination regarding all early dismissals for health reasons, and students who leave school without obtaining permission from a member of the Clinic staff will receive unexcused absences in the classes they miss.

5. Students who leave school must sign out in the attendance office.
