MISSION STATEMENT

The Falls Church High School Physical Disabilities and Development Disabilities Department promotes and facilitates learning in the self-contained and general education environments. Students are instructed and encouraged to seek, access, and employ curriculum accommodations and assistive technology in order to become independent and successful learners. We collaborate on a regular basis with subject area teachers, therapists, social workers, technology specialists, community agencies, and transition representatives to ensure that all students meet their potential.
