Fairfax Villa offers two types of instrumental classes:
Band and Strings

Band and Strings classes meet every Wednesday. Students are responsible for bringing instruments to school each week.

While participating in these programs, students are expected to maintain their classroom assignments, and at-home practice of the instrument is expected to supplement in-school instruction. Success in this program is directly related to the amount of time and effort students are willing to put into this home practice.

Participation in area-level band and orchestra for advanced students is encouraged.
