The Villa maintains a school wide program, Core Essentials, in partnership with Chick-fil-A. This character education program is designed to help students learn and practice essential values, such as responsibility, individuality, cooperation, compassion, discipline, friendship, honesty, courtesy and learning. Fairfax Villa has a business partnership with this local consulting firm. CGI is providing over 30 student mentors, as well as additional support. They sponsor the Villa Super Kids program and other support for school events.
In return, Fairfax Villa is providing student art work for CGI to display in their building, offering use of school facilities for company events and including the firm in special activities and events.

Outback allows Villa students several opportunities to visit or tour their restaurant during the school year. They provide meal certificates for our gold citizenship awards, and cater our end-of-year sixth grade banquet.
