Ms. Janice Wheeler, Fairfax High School transcript secretary, is available Monday-Thursday 7:00 am- 12:00 pm to answer any questions regarding transcripts. She is located in room G103 or can be reached at 703-219-2208 or Janice.Wheeler2@fcps.edu .

Transcript request forms should be turned in to Ms. Wheeler in room G103 during school hours. If Ms. Wheeler is not available, Ms. Anderson, school registrar, can accept transcript requests.
