Registration is by appointment only. Please call Ms. Jackie Anderson, FHS Registrar, at 703-219-2202 to schedule an appointment.

The following items are required to register a student in Fairfax County Public Schools:

1. Proof of Residency
2. Proof of Birth
3. Documentation of Previous Education Program (Transcript)
4. Current Immunization Records

Fairfax County Public Schools Student Registration handles the following types of registrations:

• Home language is something other than English (Bilingual specialists are available to help families with limited English proficiency.)
• Foreign students
• Student’s natural parents or legally adoptive parents do not reside in Fairfax County
• Tuition-paying students
• Students in foster care
