Welcome to the Career Center!

The Career Center and the Career Center Specialist assist students with their college, career and employment searches. Students can find a wide variety of resources on colleges, careers, scholarships, financial aid, part-time and full-time employment opportunities, and SAT, ACT, and TOEFL registration. The goal of the Career Center is to help students make informed career decisions about their post-secondary plans, which may include four-year colleges, two-year colleges, technical schools, apprenticeships, military or full-time employment.

REMINDER: The late deadline to register for the Dec. 5 SAT is Nov. 12 and the late deadline to register for the Dec. 12 ACT is Nov. 20.  Register on-line for the SAT at http://www.collegeboard.com/  and register for the ACT at: http://www.actstudent.org

REMINDER: Fairfax High School’s Financial Aid Night is Thursday, Nov. 19 @ 7:00 pm in the Multi-purpose Room.  Speaker: Mr. Bill Brosseau, Director of Graduate and Professional Programs, Sallie Mae and previously with Georgetown University’s Financial Aid Office.
