Attention seniors- Order your graduation products online from Balfour at www.Balfour.com

Graduation Tickets
Students will automatically receive 4 tickets for graduation for each graduate. The process of disseminating tickets will begin third quarter. Only students who have paid their dues will be able to request tickets.

Senior Dues
Dues will go up to $180 after spring break.
Students who have concerns about paying dues, can see the class sponsors for information about doing service to the class in exchange for paying dues.

SENIOR FORMS FOR STUDENTS PLANNING TO ATTEND COLLEGE
Parent Consent for Transcript Release	For parent and student to sign and return to student’s counselor before we can send out any transcripts or student records.
Transcript Request List	Student to complete and turn in to counselor when requesting transcripts for college applications.
Confidential Self Evaluation Form	for student to complete and turn in to counselor
Parent Information Form	For parent to complete an turn in to counselor.
Teacher Reference Form	For student to complete and give to all teachers from whom he/she is requesting recommendation letters.
