Password Requirements for Changing Your Password
- Minimum number of characters in password is 5
- Password should contain at least 1 numeric character
- Password must be different from previous 4 passwords
- Birth dates should not be used
- Social Security Number should not be used
- License plate numbers should not be used
- Character strings that may identify you, such as your name or initials, should not be used
- The password must be changed annually. In some cases, system sponsors and/or program managers may increase the frequency of password changes.
If you have chosen a "new" password according to the rules above, then click on the "CLICK HERE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD" link below. The Internet Service Manager page will display as shown below. Provide the following information in the 5 boxes, then click the OK button when finished. Press the OK button only once.
- Domain: FCPSEDU
- Account: This is the same as your e-mail account username
- Old password: Also known as your current password
- New password: Your "new" password based on the above requirements
- Confirm new password: Re-enter your "new" password for confirmation
- Click OK when finished.
Note that password changes may not take effect for up to 10 minutes.
