Important Note on Logging into Outlook Web Access (OWA):

In the box next to User ID: enter fcpsedu, a backslash, and then your regular login ID. For example: Mary Joan Smith at Kings Park Elementary would enter fcpsedu\mjsmith.
In the box next to User ID: enter your domain, a backslash, and then your regular login ID. For example: Mary Joan Smith at Hayfield Secondary would enter hayfldsec_dom\mjsmith.
If you are not sure whether you use the FCPSEDU domain or a school domain, check the list within the PC or MAC User Guide below.

ATTENTION AOL USERS: If you happen to be using AOL to access the Internet, please realize that you will not be able to use AOL's Internet browser to login to OWA.

Please do the following:
1. Log into AOL, and MINIMIZE the application
2. Open Internet Explorer
3. Go to https://mail.fcps.edu
4. When prompted please enter your domain\username and password.
If you continue to experience problems, please contact us from the computer you are trying to access OWA from with an active connection, and then call us at the IT Call Center at 703-503-1600 ITServiceDesk@fcps.edu.
