| Description: |
This course introduces students to aerodynamic principles, aviation history, flight design, electrical and mechanical systems, instrumentation, flight operations, safety and security, air traffic control, airport design, rocketry, satellite and space operations. Lab activities include computer simulations and model aircraft design and testing. Leading businesses and government agencies bring valuable exposure, expertise, and career experiences to the program. Students will be expected to attend fifteen face to face sessions during the school year. |
