Tuition:
Free for Fairfax County Public School students taking this course as a part of their regular school course schedule. If a student is already taking 7 courses and decides to add an online course, a fee of $600 per year-long course will be applied. For out of county students, a tuition fee of $700 per year-long course must be paid at registration.

Description:
The purpose of this course is to prepare students to take the Advanced Placement Literature Examination, for which placement and/or credit may be awarded at the college level if a qualifying score is achieved. Students increase their proficiency in the basic language skills and learn to analyze prose and verse passages designated in the College Board syllabus.

(All students are required to take the Advanced Placement Literature exam.)
