Free for Fairfax County Public School students taking this course as a part of their regular school course schedule. If a student is already taking 7 courses and decides to add an online course, a fee of  $650 per year-long course will be applied.  For out of county students, a tuition fee of $750 per year-long course must be paid at registration

Description:  
The purpose of this course is to prepare students to take the Advanced Placement AB examination given each spring, for which placement and/or credit may be awarded at the college level, if a qualifying score is obtained. Content of this college level course corresponds to the syllabus of the College Board Advanced Placement Program for AB Calculus. Content includes concepts and applications of differential and integral calculus.

All students are required to take the Advanced Placement Calculus AB exam. Advanced Placement Testing will occur at the student's base school. Contact the counselor for details.
