What is ABACUSxp?
Abacus is the instructional component of FCPS' Instructional Management System (IMS). Thirteen high school core curriculum courses and middle school science are housed in Abacus with aligned tests items and resources correlated to state standards. Abacus is able to track student mastery longitudinally and provides reports to teachers by student and by class. The test and mastery reports available in Abacus allow teachers to see what it is that students know and can do. These reports help teachers identify individual student strengths and weaknesses. Administrative reports are also available.
