- All FCPS 2nd-7th Grade Students Not in the Screening Pool
- All 2nd-7th Grade Students Residents in Fairfax County but Not Attending FCPS
- All 3rd-8th Grade Students Geographically New to Fairfax County (for inmediate placement)
