Summer Programs
The 2009 Summer School Program provides numerous academic and enrichment opportunities for students. The school-based academic Summer School Programs at the elementary and middle school levels will offer intervention experiences and courses to prepare Fairfax County Public Schools students for the 2009-2010 school year. The high school academic program provides opportunities at base schools for credit recovery, ESOL, SOL test remediation and testing for Fairfax County Public Schools students only. FCPS and eligible non-FCPS students can earn first-time, new course credit through the high school Online Campus Program.
In addition to the academic programs, students may take enrichment courses through the Adult and Community Education office or participate in The Institute for the Arts, Tech Adventure Camp, as well as the Thomas Jefferson Summer Technology Institute.
