FCPS Student Accountability
Overview of Plan
The Student Accountability Plan requires elementary and middle school students to meet specific academic Promotion Benchmarks at the end of each grade from kindergarten through eighth grade. In addition, all students in seventh and eighth grade must pass the English, mathematics, science, and social studies courses in which they are enrolled. Students who do not meet the promotion criteria will be required to attend summer school.
