Account Creation
- SBTS do not have the ability to change passwords that are not local to their building (i.e. Outlook, FCPS Domain)
- To request a password change for a staff member who has forgotten their password, SBTS must enter the appropriate data at the Accounts Creation page
- At the beginning of the year, SBTS should request from their SASI operator a list of all staff members that includes their employee ID
- Employee IDs are needed in order to submit password change requests
- Staff members requesting SASI or RAS accounts must first get approval from their principal or program manager
- After submitting an account request, follow the directions at this web address http://151.188.5.115/tssc/newAccounts.htm to determine if the account request has been processed

Site Net (Work Orders)
- Site Net is the web site SBTS use to submit Work Orders and DC407 and INV10 requests
- Work Orders are necessary when the issue has been determined to be a hardware problem not a software problem
- The SBTS or the TSSpec may submit the Work Order
- Sometimes, it is necessary to determine whether or not a room has the electrical capability to support additional hardware (i.e. new computer). In this case, the SBTS must submit a DC407 to determine the electrical viability of the room. DC407 forms are also required for minor improvements
- The INV10 form on the site should be used when you want to have computer equipment moved from the building. This would be equipment that is no longer of use or is obsolete

- This is usually worked out between the media specialist and the SBTS
- Please work with the media specialist and administrator to determine the best way to handle software management
- The SBTS should keep a record of software licenses and keep track of how many are in use at any given time
- SBTS may be required to install software
- The SBTS should verify if the software is on the FCPS approved list and that licenses are available
