Promotion/Retention Criteria For Elementary Students

The Student Accountability Plan requires elementary and middle school students to meet specific academic Promotion Benchmarks at the end of each grade from kindergarten through eighth grade.

The Student Accountability Plan will be phased in over the next several years. Sixth-grade students must meet Promotion Benchmarks in language arts and mathematics.
