Debbie has been volunteering for five years as a judge for the Fairfax County DECA District Leadership Conference. DECA, a national association for marketing students, has an annual competition in which adult volunteers role-play a customer, employee, or manager. DECA judges rate student participants as they solve real-life business situations.
