Food Handler Certification (ServSafe) is the restaurant and foodservice industry comprehensive food safety training and certification program administered by the National Restaurant Association. Students enrolled in culinary arts courses are eligible to test for this certification.

The National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI job ready assessments are used to measure a student's knowledge of basic processes including the identification and use of terminology and tools. Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts II course are eligible to test for the Food Production, Management & Services certification. Students enrolled in the Early Childhood Careers II course are eligible to test for the Early Childhood Care and Education certification.
