Payment Process |
Payment Information: Acceptable forms of payment are VISA or MasterCard credit cards, money order, and bank-certified check only, made payable to: FCPS Adult Education–ACE. Personal checks will be accepted for enrichment courses only.
Cash is accepted only at walk-in registration for enrichment courses.
Receipt of faxed and mailed registrations is not confirmed by phone. Once processed, faxed and mailed registrations are confirmed by mail for high school courses.
Note: If a credit card is dishonored, the payer will be notified and given 48 hours to submit a cash payment before the student is withdrawn from the program. |

To ensure proper placement, a school signature from a high school counselor, ESOL teacher, or special education department chair (or school representative) is required on registration Form A or C. Incomplete registrations will be returned to the parent or guardian and may delay or prevent registration if the deadline has passed.
Students not registered by published deadlines will not be able to attend summer programs. Late day registration is not available. |
