The elementary school summer learning opportunity is a school-based program offered at selected sites. It provides continuity between summer and the regular school year learning goals and activities. Individual schools will determine instructional priorities at each site. Most general education programs run Monday, July 28 through Friday, August 15. Extended school year (ESY) services will be provided to identified elementary school students with disabilities in accordance with their individualized education program (IEP).
