Library Inventory

Libraries are on a three year cycle to inventory library materials (schedule below).

Inventory is an important part of keeping the library catalog, IBistro,accurate and useful for teachers and students. If your school is scheduled for this year, make sure that you share the information with your principal. 

New Librarian Note: we never expect a first year librarian to conduct a library inventory. If scheduled for inventory, a new librarian should plan to do this in his/her second year.  

Training: Ecole Inventory training is held once a month at Wilton Woods. Register in My PLT for course number IT-13103. The training dates for the rest of the year are: Jan. 15, Feb. 12, March 13, April 15, and May 8. If you need a sub to attend training, please contact us before you attend the training. Unfortunately there are no sub funds for actually completing the inventory.
