The mission of the Employee Assistance Program is to promote, encourage and support optimum mental and physical health of all FCPS personnel so that they may be productive and effective employees. EAP provides confidential counseling and referral to employees and their family members. Employees may self refer or they may be referred by a supervisor. The Office of Equity and Compliance also provides other resources which employees may use to assist with solutions to personal problems.
