Upgrade to 5-Year Professional Due

• FCPS requires provisional/conditional license holders to submit their applicable official documentation reflecting their successful completion of all remaining licensure requirements to the Licensure Office before March 1 of their provisional/conditional license expiration year or March 1 of the third school year of employment in VA school division(s) whichever comes first to avoid the non-renewal/dismissal process and to upgrade to a 5-year professional license.
  
  
• Effective November 2005, VDOE will not grant extensions to expiring or expired provisional/conditional licenses.
  
  
• Please send official transcripts, score sheets if applicable, and/or technology standards certificate with your name and FCPS ID number via pony mail or postal mail to the Licensure Office, Department of Human Resources, Gatehouse Administration Center I, 8115 Gatehouse Road, Falls Church, VA 22042.
