  • Provisional/conditional license holders MUST submit updated official transcripts to the Licensure Office at the end of each school year to demonstrate progress towards completing coursework.

  • Provisional/conditional license holders MUST complete and provide the required official documentation such as passing exam score sheets, technology standard completion certificate, and/or official transcripts as proof of meeting all of their licensure requirements cited on their “Requirements to be completed” documents attached to their VA provisional/conditional teaching license.

  • FCPS requires provisional/conditional license holders to submit their applicable official documentation reflecting their successful completion of all remaining licensure requirements to the Licensure Office before March 1 of their provisional/conditional license expiration year or March 1 of the third school year of employment in VA school division(s) whichever comes first to avoid the non-renewal/dismissal process.

Please send official transcripts with your name and FCPS ID number via pony mail or postal mail to the Licensure Office, Department of Human Resources, Gatehouse Administration Center I, 8115 Gatehouse Road, Falls Church, VA 22042.
