  • Does not apply to individuals who hold a technical professional license, vocational evaluator license, pupil personnel services license, or division superintendent license.
  • One or more endorsements may be added to a collegiate or post graduate professional license or a provisional license provided its specific endorsement requirements have been met.

To transmit your request to VDOE, please provide the two following items to FCPS Licensure Office:

  1. Send your signed and dated letter to VDOE licensure requesting the addition of the endorsement(s) to your teaching licenses
    AND
  2. Attach copies of your ETS score sheet(s) reflecting your passing Praxis II applicable to the endorsement(s) you are requesting in your letter.

*Please note that the test codes changed for the Family and Consumer Sciences and Marketing Education tests effective September 1, 2008. The test scores will be reported on a different scale, so please note the change in the passing scores.
