(Magnet Housing Rental Program)

Fairfax County Public Schools has partnered with the Fairfax County Redevelopment & Housing Authority and the Fairfax County Department of Housing & Community Development to offer a unique housing program to all new teachers and to bus drivers. Through this program, known as the Magnet Housing Rental Program, magnificent housing units are available at a significant discount and in desirable locations. The units are offered by competitive application and require pre-application.

There are four sizes of units available at five sites: 1–bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3–bedroom and 4-bedroom units. Participants sign a two year lease for all of the properties, and FCPS employees will be able to rent as long as their income remains below the maximum income limits.
