Have you been thinking about quitting smoking lately? The American Cancer Society says that within 12 hours after quitting, the carbon monoxide level in your blood drops to normal and that within 2 weeks to 3 months after quitting, your circulation improves and your lung function increases.

There are a lot of different options these days from patches to nasal spray to help you quit permanently.  Make it a part of your personal wellness program. Enlist the help of family and co-workers. Just commit to giving it a try.
