Additional clubs and after-school activities will be added throughout the year.  Listen to the afternoon announcements for specific dates for the clubs and how to sign up. If you have ideas for a club, or after-school activity, share them with the after-school specialist in Room 100-A.

The program runs October through June on the following schedule:

  • Mon- (Clubs & Academic Help) 3:45pm late bus
  • Tues- (Clubs & Special Activities) parent pick-up
  • Wed- (Clubs & Academic Help) 4:30pm late bus
  • Thurs- (Clubs) 4:30pm late bus
  • Fri- (Special Activities) parent pick-up

These days and times will only be available when activities are scheduled to take place.  Some activities will require students to sign up ahead of time and will require a commitment to attend all sessions. Contact the activity sponsor for details on specific activities.
The After-School Program is made possible by funds from the School Board and the Board of Supervisors along with support from the Dept of Community and Recreation Services, the Safe Community Coalition, other community partners, the FCPS After-School Program Office, and Cooper Middle School teachers, administrators, staff, parents, students and PTA.
