A. Server Name: chstrbrkes02

B. Use: Save/backup files, access anywhere in FCPS network

C. Location of Your Folder (already on your PC)
1. Open “My Computer”
2. You should see your user name listed under “Network Drives”.
3. You can drag and drop files in this folder

D. Creating Shortcut to Your Folder on the Server
1. Open “My Computer”
2. Right click on your user name (under Network Drives)
3. Select “Create Shortcut” and click “yes”
4. That’s it! (Close the “My Computer” window)
5. Shortcut is now on desktop (ex: “Shortcut to klkohls$)

E. Saving to Your Folder on the Server
1. Drag and drop files onto the desktop shortcut (ex: “Shortcut to klkohls$)

F. Creating folders within your folder
1. Double click on your folder
2. Right click on the screen and select "New," and then "Folder"
3. Name it what you like and save stuff there!

G. Retrieving Files from Server
Doubleclick on desktop shortcut to open your folder and access files

H. FYI
1) Can only access server from FCPS network (not from home)
2) Your user size limit is 100mb
