Outlook E-mail - You've got mail!
Create Outlook shortcut on desktop:
>Start >Programs >Microsoft Office >Outlook
RIGHT click on Outlook and select "send to" > "desktop"

General Information:
1) Domain is fcpsedu
2) "Profile vs. Internet" - your "profile" is the software program that you use at school; you can also check your e-mail via internet at: owa2k.fcps.edu; (you cannot use your profile outside the FCPS network)
3) Empty Deleted Items Folder: Each user has a limited amount of space in Outlook e-mail; when you “delete” mail it is still in your mailbox until you do the following:
>Tools >Empty Deleted Items Folder
>click “yes” to empty
Make sure you also delete e-mails from your "Sent Items" *folder. If you go over your limited size, it will prevent your e-mail from working so you should “empty deleted items” folder every other month or so!
*Sent Items - Where is that folder?
It might be in your shortcut bar (left) – or go to:
> View
> Folder List
> Inbox (click the + sign to open)
4) Attachment size - maximum size allowed for attachments is 4mb
