3. Click on Initial Eligibility Clearinghouse
4. Click on Initial Eligibility Clearinghouse website
5. Click on Prospective Student Athletes
6. Click on Domestic Student Release Form
7. Complete all information
   Follow directions to print Transcript Release Authorization Copy 1 (current transcript) and Copy 2 (final transcript)
8. Submit Transcript Release Forms to Mrs. Klein in Student Services.
9. Student Services will provide the envelope with the appropriate mailing address

Important Facts

• Despite information to the contrary, registration should take place at the conclusion of the JUNIOR year.
• A list of approved courses can be accessed for Chantilly High School on the Clearinghouse Website – Chantilly’s Code is 470402.
• Student/Athletes cannot be certified until after graduation. Your initial response from the Clearinghouse will NOT show “certified”, but will show “provisionally certified”, due to items such as not graduating, missing English 12 or other causes.
• Final transcripts for all registered student/athletes will automatically be sent after graduation. Final certification from the Clearinghouse will follow.
• Student/Athletes must be certified to compete at Division I and Division II only. Division III student/athletes need no certification.
