Interim reports
Interim reports are designed to indicate student performance.
They are issued to all students at the halfway point each grading
period and at any subsequent time prior to the end of the quarter.
Interims will be mailed all quarters except the fourth quarter,
when they will be hand-carried by students to their parent(s).
If it appears that a student will fail a course, the parent
will be notified as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances,
a student should not fail a subject during any nine-week period
unless prior notice is given via a timely interim report mailed
by the teacher.
Quarterly Reports (report cards)
Report cards are issued four times a year at nine-week intervals.
They are mailed to the student's home address.

Letter grades are a teacher's assessment of the student's academic
growth. In making this assessment, teachers consider tests (written
and oral), homework and contributions to class discussion. Some
teachers keep grades in percentages.
